Right now, one of the biggest problems is that Ryan Homes does not own all the lots in the community (including the one behind us). That lot has not been developed by the developer and is still owned by him. So, Ryan will have to get his O.K. to take out the entire rock. We are still waiting to see what happens, but it may be a while before it is resolved.KevinChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04298787752566528311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-470358424803603069.post-23420775117521809892012-06-22T08:17:43.341-07:002012-06-22T08:17:43.341-07:00Holy jeez-that is a huge problem! This way you could have a firepit in front of it (or other).

If your looking for inspiration or distraction Houzz might help here too:
http://www.houzz.com/boulder/Thomashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03386807936042986024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-470358424803603069.post-69123989375203482052012-06-21T19:49:26.292-07:002012-06-21T19:49:26.292-07:00Wow that is a huge rock! Maybe it could turn out to be the center of a nice rock wall fence. :)VARyanAdventureX2https://www.blogger.com/profile/01091949004195262335noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-470358424803603069.post-20228147403561592332012-06-21T19:32:56.662-07:002012-06-21T19:32:56.662-07:00WOW! My first thought was a water cascade which would be pretty and they can be creative. Or even some sort of concrete patio with a firepit where it will allow seating with backs near the rock. #thinkingoutloudRickandNadasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17440625366611097007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-470358424803603069.post-44515899131947353812012-06-21T19:20:00.524-07:002012-06-21T19:20:00.524-07:00Hmm...
